- Other locations in India: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, high order volumes, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, weight, and available shipping service.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Address
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.
Imaan Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
5. Tracking Your Order

7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may need to contact the delivery partner to investigate the shipment.
Please also check with family members, neighbours, building security, or other persons who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
8. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives.
If your product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- A short description of the issue
We will review the information and assist you with the appropriate solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Incorrect Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the product received.
After verification, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process, as applicable.
10. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may make one or more delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses or fails to accept the package, additional delivery charges or return shipping charges may apply where permitted.
11. International Shipping
At this time, our shipping availability may be limited to selected locations.
If international shipping is offered for your order, any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
